What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced location-based team focused on fleet, sales and customer operations. You will receive structured training and mentoring to develop skills across sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology while supporting daily site performance.

• Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including regional and national customers.
• Support fleet management: balance vehicle productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing account relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred concentration in Business, Marketing or related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or prior customer-facing work experience preferred.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license required and willingness to drive company vehicles, including 26’ box trucks.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 per hour (as stated in source posting).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read, communicate and follow written and verbal instructions.

Regulatory & Screening Requirements

This role involves driving company and customer vehicles and is DOT-regulated. Required pre-employment and ongoing checks may include:

• Maintenance of a current driver qualification file (annual motor vehicle records check).
• Successfully completed DOT physical.
• Safety performance history requests from prior employers (last 3 years).
• Drug screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks as applicable (CDL holders subject to DOT drug screening within 30 days of start).
• Background investigation covering employment, education and criminal history as required by the Confidential Client.

• Primary work location: Bridgeview, IL.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed for customer sites and training.
• Schedule is location-specific; flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
