The Role
Confidential Client is hiring a dependable, detail-focused Sales Operations Support Specialist based in Guadalupe, AZ. This hourly role is part of a Sales Operations team that executes recurring data tasks, reporting, account setup, and audits to keep digital auction inventory accurate and sale-ready. The position offers hands-on exposure to inventory systems, Salesforce case management, and AI/automation tools — with clear career pathways toward Sales Operations Manager roles.
Reports To: TL, Sales Operations Support
Estimated pay: $68,482 per year (estimated)
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce case resolution and manage escalations.
- Audit digital vehicle listings across Timed, Dealerblock, and Simulcast channels to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile vehicle inventory data across AutoIMS and AMS via regular inventory, title, and redeem audits.
- Produce routine and ad-hoc reports highlighting operational trends and exceptions for Sales Operations Managers.
- Manage new account onboarding for clients and third-party providers: VIN/listing updates, system access provisioning, and data integrity in OpenLane and AMS.
- Compile central invoicing and PII rebate data for Finance and SOM review.
- Leverage and build AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline workflows while following and improving SOPs.
- Provide timely communication and support to auction sites and operational partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with Fleet Lease, Dealer Relations, and Dealer Registration teams.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prioritize effectively and manage multiple recurring tasks to meet SLAs and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years in an operational, administrative, data, or auction/automotive support role — entry-level candidates will be trained on systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Working proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and comfort learning proprietary platforms (AMS, AutoIMS, ADESA.com, Simulcast, OpenLane, DealerBlock).
- Experience or comfort using AI / automation tools (e.g., Claude) to complete and improve work.
- Clear written and verbal communication, organization, and time management across recurring tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to grow toward a Sales Operations Manager role.
