- Position: Sales Operations Specialist (entry-level)
- Location: Cupertino, CA (on-site)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail sales projects and follow up on key project milestones.
- Manage and track customer orders, deliveries, inventory, and related operational activities.
- Follow up on customer requests, samples, packaging, product information, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Product, factories, warehouses, and other internal teams to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, sales data, and order records.
- Identify execution issues and follow through with internal teams until resolution.
- Support communication and coordination between U.S. and China-based teams.
- Assist with retail platforms, customer portals, documentation, and other sales operations activities.
- Support major retail accounts such as CVS, Walmart, Costco, and other U.S. retail customers.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Project Coordination, Order Management, Supply Chain, Retail, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to follow projects through to completion.
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel, spreadsheets, and business data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) strongly preferred due to frequent coordination with China-based teams.
- Experience with U.S. retail, e-commerce, ERP systems, or retailer portals is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cupertino, CA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
