What You’ll Do
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee with our confidential client, you will rotate through hands-on assignments across sales, operations, fleet management, customer service and finance to prepare for a front-line management role. You’ll learn company sales processes, operational best practices and technology tools while delivering solutions for both consumer and commercial accounts — including large national customers. This is an entry-level management-track role with mentoring, formal training and clear advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions for consumer and commercial customers, including regional and national accounts.
- Manage fleet inventory to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Use company systems and processes to track performance, scheduling and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing or related concentration preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required and willingness to drive company vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
- Ability to work the schedule required at the assigned location and to travel within the district as needed.
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role.
Requirements & Compliance
- This position involves driving company and customer vehicles and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Applicants must maintain a driver qualification file as required by DOT, which may include: annual motor vehicle records (MVR) checks, a successfully completed DOT physical, and requests for safety performance history from prior employers (last 3 years).
- CDL holders will be subject to DOT drug screening within 30 days of hire and FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of background checks (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening where permitted by law.

Physical Demands
- Ability to read, communicate and follow written and oral instructions.
- May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands frequently.

- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to perform duties in a safe, alert manner consistent with safety-sensitive work.
