What You’ll Do
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee you will rotate through core functions to learn how to run a high-performing location. Responsibilities include:
- Support sales efforts for consumer and commercial accounts, including local and national customers
- Help manage fleet inventory, balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Generate new business leads and help nurture existing customer relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and apply company sales processes, technology tools and operational procedures
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and cross-functional projects to build skills in sales, operations, finance and customer service
- Work collaboratively with your district team and follow assigned schedule and location requirements
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who are coachable, results-oriented and ready to build a management career. Required and preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or prior customer-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company and customer vehicles (including 26' box truck)
- Ability to meet DOT-regulated driver requirements (see Additional Requirements)
- Reliable, punctual attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts and travel within the district as needed
- Attention to detail, good time management and problem-solving mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated compensation: $64,214 per year (estimated). The source posting also lists an hourly example of $25/hr for certain locations — final pay will depend on location, role specifics and experience.

Additional Requirements & Compliance
This position is safety-sensitive and regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Employment prerequisites and ongoing conditions may include:
- Maintenance of a current driver qualification file (annual MVR check)
- Successful completion of a DOT physical exam where applicable
- Safety Performance History requests from prior employers (last 3 years)
- Drug screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks for CDL holders as required
- Background check covering employment, education and criminal history as permitted by law
- Ability to perform physical requirements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
