What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced logistics & warehouse team. This role offers structured training in sales, operations, fleet management and customer service with clear advancement opportunities.
- Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including national and Fortune 500 customers
- Support fleet productivity and profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Generate new business leads and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Use company sales processes and technology to manage daily operations, reporting and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, customer service, technology) to solve problems quickly
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing concentration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to operate company vehicles, including 26’ box trucks
- Ability to meet DOT regulatory requirements (see Compliance & Requirements below)
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the role
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation (as listed): $25.00 per hour

Compliance & Requirements
This position involves driving company and customer vehicles and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). The following are required prior to or during employment:
- Maintenance of a driver qualification file, including annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks
- A successfully completed DOT physical exam and any required fitness-for-duty screenings
- Safety performance history requests from prior employers (covering the previous 3 years)
- CDL holders: DOT drug screening within 30 days and FMCSA Clearinghouse review, as applicable
- Background investigation (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening, as required by the client
- Willingness to travel within the district for customer yards, training, or nearby assignments
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking and sitting; regular use of hands for handling and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs (12 kg)
- Visual abilities required: close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in a safe, alert manner in a fast-paced environment; reasonable accommodations available
