Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations Analyst (ADR) to join the Sales Operations team in Cupertino, CA. This hands-on role supports the Account Development Representative (ADR) team to increase quality pipeline by improving prospecting workflows, building repeatable cadences, identifying tech-stack efficiencies, and piloting AI-assisted prospecting.

Your Impact

You will work closely with ADRs and ADR leadership to make prospecting more efficient and more effective. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing ADR processes and workflow

    • Learn and document the end-to-end ADR workflow from lead assignment to a qualified meeting
    • Identify bottlenecks and low-quality pipeline sources; recommend and implement simplifications
    • Maintain current process documentation and enablement materials
  • Developing cadences and outbound best practices

    • Build and maintain outbound cadences and sequence templates in the sales engagement platform
    • Track cadences and messaging that generate qualified meetings; retire ineffective approaches
    • Capture and document behaviors of top-performing ADRs so the whole team can follow
  • Finding efficiencies across the tech stack

    • Support tools used by ADRs (Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
    • Identify redundant tools, unused licenses, manual steps, and integration gaps; recommend fixes
    • Serve as a first point of contact for ADR tool questions and escalate configuration requests
  • Developing an AI-assisted prospecting workflow

    • Design and pilot AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and built-in AI features) for account research, prioritization, and messaging
    • Test prompts and templates with ADRs, measure impact on qualified conversations, and document learnings
    • Roll proven workflows to the wider ADR team and keep them current
  • Reviewing MQL quality and scoring

    • Partner with ADRs and marketing on MQL quality and scoring methodology
    • Collect structured feedback from ADRs on converting lead sources and score thresholds
    • Help refine scoring and routing so ADRs focus on highest-value leads
  • Re-engaging stale opportunities

    • Monitor and flag opportunities that have gone quiet or passed expected timelines
    • Coordinate re-engagement cadences for stalled and closed-lost opportunities

Qualifications & Toolkit

  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related analytical field preferred
  • 0–2 years experience in sales operations, marketing operations, account development, or related role (internships acceptable)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; practical Excel skills helpful
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
  • Interest in applying AI tools to business problems and willingness to run experiments
  • Curious, process-oriented, highly organized, and detail focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work alongside a high-volume, fast-moving team
  • Able to prioritize multiple assignments with support from a hands-on manager; high energy and ownership mentality
