Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Operation Coordinator based in Costa Mesa, CA. This full-time, salaried role supports cross-functional Sales and Product teams to execute go-to-market (GTM) events and filming, maintain catalog and product imagery assets, manage salesman samples and the showroom, and provide sales-rep support.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, schedule, and run in-person GTM meetings and events (seasonal; typically twice a year).
  • Coordinate digital GTM video shoots: book production, prepare samples, manage shoot days, and deliver final edits.
  • Maintain season calendars and deadlines; ensure deliverables arrive on time for catalog production.
  • Prepare and format product imagery/CADs to catalog specs and assist with catalog drafts and print coordination.
  • Build category assortment pages and prepare CAD separations once technical packs are finalized.
  • Manage and maintain the showroom and salesman sample inventory: unpack, hang, steam, and organize seasonal lines.
  • Maintain showroom calendar and support rep bookings and travel line distribution.
  • Provide sales reps with product imagery, catalog amendments, seasonal assets (images, CADs, UPC/projection sheets, care/copy content).
  • Organize weekly cross-functional check-ins with Merchandising and Leadership to align on goals, deadlines, and presentation details.
  • Support general sales-rep needs and act as a point of contact for GTM logistics and assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Merchandising, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in product, merchandising, or sales-support roles (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to work closely with multiple departments and manage tight timelines across multiple projects.
  • Entry-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; comfortable coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base salary: $57,657 per year (estimated).

  • Primarily office-based with occasional walking and standing for showroom setup or shoots.
