Program Overview

Join a fast-track Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a store management role in 18–24 months. This accelerated, entry-level development program provides hands-on training across sales, customer service, operations, finance, and leadership. You will work with store leadership to support a high-volume retail location and develop the skills needed to lead teams and grow commercial and retail accounts.


What You’ll Do

  • Complete an established training curriculum with classroom and on-the-job learning
  • Support sales strategies to increase market share and optimize store profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale, commercial, and retail customers
  • Assist with outside sales calls to grow commercial accounts (e.g., contractors, manufacturers)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations
  • Support store administration, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
  • Help train, coach, and develop store employees and support performance management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, loss-prevention, and company policies
  • Respond to and resolve customer and employee concerns in a professional manner

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Typical schedule: 44 hours per week; may include evenings and weekends
  • Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required for some outside-sales activities

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by the program start date
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements listed above, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • 1+ year experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience working in team-oriented settings (work, extracurricular, military, etc.)
  • Experience selling paint or paint-related products (a plus)
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and CRM systems
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
