What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in-person in a professional, friendly manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers within your sales territory.
- Use Salesforce to manage accounts, track activity, and generate sales.
- Work with the team to support marketing initiatives and customer acquisition goals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of customer-facing experience (sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, leadership potential, and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $47,239 per year (estimated).
- Uncapped commission structure averaging $1,500–$2,000 per week for productive reps, plus additional bonuses and incentives.
