Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Sales Manager (Customer HQ Selling - Band 1) to support headquarters-level sales execution. This full-time role is based in Greenland, AR. Candidates should be open to mobility and possible relocation as development opportunities arise.

• Support and assist in executing sales strategies at the customer HQ level.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on clearly defined tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category.
• Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team to maximize job impact and learning.
• Work under direct supervision while following established precedents and policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; assist with account activity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Demonstrated desire to learn and grow within an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to relocation and mobility as business needs and development opportunities arise.
