What You’ll Do

Confidential Client seeks an entry-level Sales Leadership Development Program Associate for a structured 2-year rotational program (12 months marketing + 12 months sales). This program is designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across marketing, product, and customer-facing sales roles.

  • Complete two 12-month rotations — one in Marketing (e.g., Product Management/Product Marketing) and one in Sales (e.g., Territory Sales/Account Management).
  • Support market research: gather, analyze, and summarize market and competitor data to inform go-to-market and product decisions.
  • Help develop marketing plans and learn product life-cycle processes in collaboration with Product Management teams.
  • Participate in customer-facing activities: prospecting, solution development, and regular account meetings to support sales growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, customer support, LNCA/territory reps) to identify opportunities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Attend and assist at events and product launches as needed.
  • Relocate between assignments — the role requires mobility to move to different US locations during rotations.
