What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Career Pathways is an intensive, cohort-based job training program (one year or less) that prepares participants for entry-level roles in sales and related business functions. As a participant you will:

• Complete classroom instruction blending professional skills and technical fundamentals
• Participate in internship placement and on-the-job learning with partner employers in the Greater Los Angeles area
• Receive coaching, mentoring, and individualized career support
• Practice interviewing, networking, resume-building, and workplace communication

Who We’re Looking For

You should apply if you meet the program eligibility and are motivated to start a career path in sales or customer-facing business roles.

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday throughout the program period
• Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
• Motivated to learn and willing to attend in-person or scheduled program activities
• Able to complete any additional screening steps required by the program
