What You’ll Do

This is a career-training program focused on Sales Fundamentals and professional readiness. As a participant you will:

• Complete an intensive, classroom-based training program (one year or less) covering sales fundamentals and related professional skills.
• Participate in career-readiness workshops: interviewing, networking, resume building, and professional communication.
• Be placed into an internship with a confidential client or other employer partners in the Greater Atlanta area to apply skills on the job.
• Receive coaching and mentorship throughout training and internship phases to support job placement.
• Track progress toward career goals and participate in regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome motivated, early-career candidates who meet the program eligibility:

• High school graduate or GED recipient (no bachelor’s degree).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to attend Monday–Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills.
• Comfortable answering screening questions during the application process.

Program Details & Compensation

• Employment type: Contract / Full-time opportunities available during/after internship placement.
• Estimated starting annual salary after program: approximately $45,841 (estimated).
• Educational stipend during internship phase: $525 per week.
• Program length: one year or less (classroom + internship phases).
• Location: Northlake, GA (Greater Atlanta area). Local in-person attendance is required.
