Program overview

Confidential Client is hiring participants for a one-year (or shorter) Sales Fundamentals career training program based in the Miami area. This is an intensive, instructor-led program that combines in-classroom professional development with hands-on internship placement support and ongoing coaching to help launch a career in sales, banking, or related technical support roles.

Who should apply / eligibility

You should apply if you meet all of the following:

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available Monday–Friday during the program period (attendance required)
• Motivated to learn foundational sales, business communication, and technical support skills
• Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
• May be asked to complete screening questions as part of the application process

The program focuses on both professional and technical competencies to make you job-ready for entry-level roles:

• Professional business and communication skills
• Interviewing, networking, and resume-building
• Sales fundamentals and customer-facing best practices
• Industry-specific modules such as banking fundamentals and IT support basics

• Classroom learning followed by an internship or direct placement support
• Internship participants receive an educational stipend during the internship phase (stipend shown below)
• Placement partners include leading financial and professional services organizations in the Miami area

Compensation & time commitment

• Estimated program-related average annual compensation (for placement outcomes): $45,754 per year — estimated
• Internship stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (where applicable)
• Program schedule: full-time classroom attendance (Monday–Friday) with subsequent internship hours as required by placement
