Position Overview

Confidential Client (Apparel and Fashion) is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your sales career in the apparel and fashion space by developing customer relationships, supporting retail and wholesale channels, and contributing to revenue growth.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers, boutiques, and wholesale clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Present and promote apparel and fashion product lines effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional strategies and campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
• Stay informed about fashion trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required
• Provide actionable customer feedback to product and design teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• 0–2 years experience in sales, retail, or other customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Strong interest in apparel, fashion, and retail trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
• Preferred: familiarity with wholesale or B2B sales processes
