Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative based in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on prospecting new business, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This position is an excellent fit for driven candidates who are coachable, competitive, and eager to build a career in sales.

What You’ll Do

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and targeted research
• Conduct initial prospecting phone calls to qualify leads
• Listen to prospects’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Secure meetings and demos for account executives
• Travel to client and prospect sites as needed
• Handle objections, build rapport, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Competitive spirit and a strong desire to grow in sales
• Proactive, coachable, and resilient
• Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability
• High attention to detail and professional integrity

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated base (public data): $59,880 per year (estimated)
• Projected earnings:
  • Year 1: $45,000 – $65,000
  • Year 2: $60,000 – $90,000
  • Year 3: $75,000 – $125,000
• Base salary + uncapped commission potential and performance-based incentives
• Benefits: health, dental, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays
• Continuous education, ongoing training, and career development
• Summer half-day Fridays every other week

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site, in-person 5 days a week in Baltimore, MD
