Overview

Confidential Client is hiring for an Inside Sales role through a Sales Development Program located in Indian Creek, IL. This is an early-career to experienced entry-level sales role focused on selling medical supplies and devices, building pipeline, and developing commercial skills that can lead to field sales opportunities.


What You’ll Do

You will join a structured Sales Development Program and be responsible for driving new business and increasing penetration in existing accounts within an assigned territory.

  • Manage prospecting and relationship-building in an assigned territory to grow revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Drive new business development and expand existing account share
  • Sell medical supplies and devices with a medium-length sales cycle
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, including monthly forecasting
  • Present quarterly business updates to executive leadership as required
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time for customer meetings and training
  • Participate in program training and development activities designed to prepare you for potential field-sales roles

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; new graduates with a minimum 3.2 GPA will be considered
  • Ability to travel ~20% of the time
  • Valid, state-issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and ability to meet client auto-safety standards
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Willingness to consider future relocation for field-sales growth opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total target compensation range (base + annual sales bonus target + other sales incentives): $48,000 - $85,000 per year. Actual pay offer will depend on experience, education, skills, and work location.

Work Location & Schedule

  • Primary work location: Indian Creek, IL (workplace arrangements may include remote or hybrid depending on role specifics). The client generally emphasizes in-person collaboration and may require regular on-site presence for many roles; exact on-site expectations will be specified for the hire.
  • This role is full-time. Some positions in the program may be designated remote/telecommute or field-based — applicant location requirements and telecommute options will be shared in the job details.
