Program overview
Confidential Client is hiring for a full-time Sales Development Program starting October 2027. Participants gain hands-on experience as Territory Sales Representatives (TSR) and Market Development Representatives (MDR) with clear paths into sales, marketing, operations, and sales enablement.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s Sales Development Program blends formal training and field experience to develop future sales leaders.

- Complete a 12–18 month second rotation as a Market Development Representative (MDR) (either Benton Harbor, MI or a field location). Manage 50+ small-to-medium dealers, grow the builder pipeline, balance floor vs. sale, and drive mix.
- Track performance against quota and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve rates of recommendation, market share, and sales growth.
- Prepare for career advancement into field sales, channel sales, operations, sales enablement, product/brand marketing, or direct-to-consumer sales.
