About the Role

The Sales Development & Enablement Representative (SDER) is the first point of contact between our client and prospective health plan (payer) customers. This is an entry-level, career-track role focused on building qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound and inbound prospecting, supporting the sales team with proposals and collateral, and keeping CRM data accurate so deals progress efficiently. This role is remote-friendly and ideal for someone who wants to grow into senior sales development, enablement, or account executive roles within digital health.

What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Execute consistent outbound and inbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn to targeted health plan accounts.
  • Research accounts and buying committees to tailor messaging to each organization’s priorities and plan design.
  • Support assigned sales team members by preparing proposals, sales collateral, RFP responses, and follow-up materials.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM records: log activity, next steps, and outcomes so pipeline data is accurate and actionable.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to promote events, build targeted call/email campaigns, and measure event-related success metrics.
  • Handle prospect, client, and member information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy/security policies.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting to support forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

About You (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Some prior exposure to healthcare, sales development, or sales enablement is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communicator with a positive, energetic phone presence and the ability to build rapport across audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and driven to meet/exceed goals.
  • Comfortable using common sales systems and collaboration tools:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint / Word / Excel).
    • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM; strong CRM hygiene is essential.
    • Comfortable presenting via Zoom/Teams.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Remote-first role with flexible remote, hybrid, or in-office options.
  • Client has offices in Atlanta, GA and Guaynabo, PR; team operates primarily across Eastern and Central Time Zones.
  • Open to candidates across the United States (applicant eligibility and hiring decisions subject to local requirements and company policy).

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and putting patients first.
  • Full benefits package available from day one, plus company bonus opportunities.
  • Professional development and clear career path from SDER into senior sales, enablement, or AE roles.
  • Fast-growing digital health environment backed by experienced investors — strong opportunity to learn and advance.

Compensation (Estimated)

  • Estimated base: $59,223 per year (estimated). Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and role-specific factors.
