What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, development-focused Sales Coordinator role designed for recent college graduates who want hands-on exposure to sales, branch operations, and logistics within the industrial equipment rental industry. You will work closely with Sales Representatives and Branch Management to learn the rental business and support daily branch operations.

• Support Sales Representatives and Branch Management in coordinating equipment rentals, inventory, deliveries, and pickups
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships; deliver excellent customer service to support repeat business
• Learn and manage the full rental process: rental contracts, delivery tickets, equipment availability, pricing, and customer accounts
• Coordinate equipment and parts deliveries, pickups, and service calls to ensure timely service
• Use business systems (e.g., RentalMan) to track on-rent / off-rent transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with purchase orders, accounts receivable monitoring, reporting, and other branch administrative tasks
• Support sales by learning product and rental solution offerings and by preparing pricing and quotes
• Participate in safety meetings and help ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as you gain experience and the business requires
• Participate in ongoing training and development designed to prepare you for outside sales or branch leadership roles

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Interest in a long-term career path in outside sales, operations, or branch management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and solid customer-service orientation
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn
• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with sales and operations teams
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with RentalMan or similar systems is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and willing to take on new responsibilities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with RentalMan or other equipment-rental management software
• Any internship or coursework related to sales, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Familiarity with industrial equipment terminology or rental workflows

Compensation & Career Path

• Estimated annual pay (per source): $45,964 (estimated)
