Role overview

This entry-level Sales Associate role with our confidential client is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, building client relationships, and learning a consultative sales process. You will engage business customers, explain service options, assist with account setup, and support new-customer acquisition as part of a small sales and business-development team.

What you’ll do

• Communicate professionally with business customers and prospective clients
• Present service information clearly and tailor recommendations to customer needs
• Assist with new customer acquisition, account setup, and basic onboarding
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner to move prospects through the pipeline
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills and results
• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly activity and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Willingness to take feedback and improve through coaching
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers is helpful but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
