About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate to join their business development team in Tampa, FL. This hands-on role focuses on connecting with business customers, presenting service options, assisting with account setup, and helping drive new customer acquisition. What You’ll Do

• Communicate professionally with business customers and prospective clients
• Present service offerings clearly and answer questions about solutions
• Assist with new customer acquisition and account setup
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Ability to take feedback and apply coaching
