Overview
This Sales Associate role supports Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle—from discovery and design coordination through project completion—to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will help coordinate internal teams (design, sales support, project management, install) and act as a key client contact for assigned opportunities. The hiring organization for this role will be Confidential Client.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client opportunities, coordinating between the client and internal teams.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships; understand client needs and objectives.
- Provide timely customer support: respond to requests, coordinate product samples and finishes, schedule showroom visits and demos.
- Support Account Executives with proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain CRM opportunities and accurate customer records.
- Serve as the “quarterback” for projects from initial request through punch/completion, coordinating across marketing, finance, operations, and install teams.
- Estimate delivery timelines using knowledge of manufacturer production and shipping schedules.
- Identify and resolve client issues quickly, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable learning new software systems and maintaining CRM data.
- Professional demeanor representing Confidential Client’s standards to customers and partners.
Location & Employment Type
- Location: Prestonwood, TX (this role is based in Prestonwood and requires the ability to work on-site as needed).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Reports to: Director of the Division.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary: $78,809 per year (estimate). Actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications and is subject to applicable laws and company policies.
