What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee in Sales & Operations, you’ll rotate through core parts of the business to learn how to run a location, support customer accounts, and manage fleet operations. This role is an accelerated path into frontline management and combines sales, operations, customer service, and logistics experience.

  • Develop solutions for consumer and commercial customers, including local and national accounts.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle inventory to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, technology) and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates best suited for this Management Trainee role are recent bachelor’s degree graduates or professionals with strong customer-facing experience who want a fast-track leadership path.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing concentration preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail and time-management.
  • Internship or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapting quickly to change.

Logistics & Requirements

This is an on-site role at the specified location. The position has driving responsibilities and is regulated by DOT requirements.

  • Valid driver’s license required; ability and willingness to drive company vehicles (including 26’ box truck).
  • Must maintain a driver qualification file: annual MVR check, DOT physical (if applicable), and safety performance history checks.
  • CDL holders: subject to DOT drug screening within 30 days and FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
  • Willingness to travel within the district for customer visits and training as needed.
  • Regular, predictable attendance and the ability to perform safety-sensitive duties are essential.
  • Background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening required as part of the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25.00 per hour (as stated by the client).
  • Estimated annual compensation shown on some sources: approximately $70,032 (estimate; actual pay will depend on hours, location, and role specifics).
