What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to learn the business and help run daily sales and operations at a local site. This is an early-career, hands-on management-track role focused on customer satisfaction, fleet productivity and business development.

• Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including local businesses and national customers.
• Support and manage inventory of vehicles, balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Deliver excellent, timely customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn cross-functional skills across sales, operations, finance and technology through hands-on training and mentoring.
• Travel within the assigned district for customer visits and training as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing or related concentration preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability and willingness to drive company vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• Ability to work the required schedule and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Willingness to complete company employment application, background check and drug screening as required.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for roles involving driving, including maintaining a driver qualification file, annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks and successful DOT physicals; CDL holders may have additional DOT drug-screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse review requirements.

• Able to read, communicate, remember and analyze job-related information.
• May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach and frequently use hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• This position is safety-sensitive; associates are expected to maintain a constant state of alertness and follow safety protocols.

• Employment type: Full-time (contract opportunities may apply as noted by the client).
• Primary work location: Peachtree Corners, GA (worksite: 2300 Weaver Way / Norcross area per client).
• Estimated compensation: Approximately $75,549 per year (estimated figure reported for this role).
