What You’ll Do

This Sales and Operations Management Trainee role reports to the Nashville, TN location and places you on a fast track to management within a logistics & warehouse environment. You will receive structured training and on-the-job mentorship to gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology.

• Develop solutions for consumer and commercial customers, including local and national accounts
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships
• Manage fleet inventory, balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a high-energy team and participate in ongoing training programs
• Travel within the district as needed for customer visits and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing concentration preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles, including 26' box trucks
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally and perform duties that require standing, walking and reaching
• Regular, predictable, full attendance
• Ability to complete required pre-employment checks: background investigation, drug screening, DOT physical, annual MVR check, and safety-history verification as applicable
• Willingness to work the required schedule and at the assigned Nashville location

• Primary location: Nashville, TN — this role requires working on-site at the assigned location and traveling within the district as needed.
• DOT / safety-sensitive requirements apply if the role involves driving company or customer vehicles: a current driver qualification file, DOT physical, MVR checks and related screenings will be required.
• Candidates must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated pay (from source posting): $103,685 per year (estimated)
