What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an energetic, entry-level Sales & Operations Management Trainee to join a high-energy team in Elsmere, KY. This role is designed to develop future leaders by rotating you through sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology so you gain a full view of running a location.

• Develop customer solutions for local and national accounts, including large commercial customers
• Manage vehicle inventory to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships
• Support day-to-day operations, including customer service, fleet logistics, and basic finance processes
• Learn and apply company sales processes and operational systems through structured training and mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing or related concentration preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-facing internship or related work experience preferred
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license required; ability and willingness to operate company vehicles (including 26' box trucks)
• Must be able to maintain regular, predictable attendance

Logistics & Compliance

This position involves operating company and customer vehicles and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Candidates must be able to complete and maintain a driver qualification file as required.

• Annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check required
• Successful DOT physical required
• Safety Performance History records requested from prior employers (last 3 years)
• CDL holders: DOT drug screening within 30 days of hire and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks as applicable
• Willingness to travel within the district for customer visits and training
