What You’ll Do

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee with Confidential Client, you'll use your degree to run business operations, support customers, and build skills across sales, operations, finance, and customer service. This is an accelerated, hands-on management development role with mentoring and formal training.

  • Develop solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including local and national customers.
  • Manage vehicle inventory and fleet productivity to balance profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in formal training and on-the-job mentoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required and willingness to drive company vehicles, including 26’ box trucks.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00 per hour (as listed in source posting).

Additional Requirements & Safety-Sensitive Duties

Because this role requires driving company and customer vehicles and is safety-sensitive, the following are required:

  • Maintenance of a driver qualification file per DOT requirements (annual MVR check, DOT physical).
  • Safety Performance History request from prior employers (last 3 years).
  • CDL holders will undergo DOT drug screening (within 30 days) and FMCSA Clearinghouse review as applicable.
  • Complete the company employment application, submit to background checks (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening.
  • Willingness to travel within the district for customer sites and training as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to read, communicate, remember and follow instructions.
  • May be required to stand, walk and sit during the workday.
  • Frequent use of hands to touch, handle, and reach with arms and hands.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
