About the Role
We are working with a confidential client in Sales to hire an entry-level Sales & Marketing Trainee in Rhawnhurst, PA. This is a hands-on training role designed to build practical sales and marketing capabilities and prepare you for leadership opportunities. You will receive structured coaching, in-person mentorship, and real customer-facing experience while supporting revenue and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Support and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead flow.
- Assist with customer acquisition activities and follow-up to drive pipeline growth.
- Help the sales and marketing team meet daily performance and KPIs.
- Participate in in-person training sessions and mentorship focused on communication and leadership development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and taking direction from mentors.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or interest in developing leadership skills.

- Compensation: $800–$1,200 per week (equivalent to approximately $41,600–$62,400 per year). The weekly range shown is accurate and will be honored in the hiring process.
