What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Sales and Marketing Associate to represent brands in retail environments around Loveland, CO. This entry-level, full-time role is customer-facing and focused on driving sales, executing promotional activities, and delivering excellent service on behalf of the client’s brands.
- Professionally represent and promote Confidential Client’s products and services within key retailers
- Clearly and accurately communicate current promotions and product features to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address shopper questions or concerns
- Track and report personal and team sales performance
- Support product launches, promotional events, and in-store brand experiences
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn
- Able to work in-person at retail locations in and around Loveland, CO
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual pay: $47,142 per year (estimated)
