What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Sales and Marketing Associate to support in-store brand representation, customer engagement, and promotional activities. This entry-level role provides paid training and direct exposure to sales and marketing execution in a retail environment.
- Professionally represent and promote client products and services within assigned retail locations
- Communicate promotions and product information to customers clearly and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve routine customer questions
- Track personal and team sales performance and contribute to achievement of targets
- Support new product launches, promotional events, and on-floor merchandising
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours (including some weekends)
