Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Sales And Marketing Associate to support field and retail promotional activities in Atlantic Beach, FL. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role ideal for candidates interested in marketing, sales, or business development. The position includes paid training from day one, weekly base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities, and clear paths for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Confidential Client’s brands and products in retail locations and events
- Clearly communicate current promotions and product features to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive in-store experiences
- Track and report individual and team sales performance and KPIs
- Support new product launches, promotional events, and brand representation activities
- Collaborate with team members and on-site retail partners to meet goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at retail locations in the Atlantic Beach area
