Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain department and system-level reporting dashboards to support environmental safety and employee harm reduction initiatives.
  • Extract, aggregate and validate safety and injury data; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for local and system-level committees.
  • Analyze injury and illness reports to identify trends, correlations (job methods, equipment, environment) and actionable insights.
  • Support internal and regulatory reporting related to safety and employee harm reduction.
  • Collaborate with Employee Harm Business Partners and Environmental Safety teams to research trends, inform program development and support strategy.
  • Assist in training staff on department data tools and maintain department documentation and files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of data analytics experience required.
  • Healthcare or safety analytics experience preferred.
  • Education or experience in statistical process control or applied statistics preferred.
  • Must reside in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho (applicant residency requirement).
  • This position is TELECOMMUTE-eligible; regular coordination with the Tacoma, WA team is expected.

Skills & Tools

  • Proficient with Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong data validation, visualization and reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay range: $30.40 - $43.75 USD per hour (pay influenced by experience, certification(s), education and/or union step if applicable).
