Summary
confidential client is hiring an Associate for a three‑year Finance & Accounting Rotational Program based in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This structured program includes three 12‑month rotations across finance functions to build accounting, FP&A, treasury, audit, credit, and corporate finance skills. You’ll work on meaningful projects, receive formal mentorship, and join a cohort of peers starting May or June 2027.
What You’ll Do
- Strengthen accounting and finance fundamentals through hands‑on rotations in areas such as Corporate & Business Accounting, Financial Shared Services (FSS), Audit, FP&A, Treasury, Credit, Corporate Development, and Strategy.
- Report, analyze, and interpret financial results and data to inform business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies across finance processes.
- Leverage ERP and financial systems to produce value‑added insights.
- Partner with business units and functional teams to support decision‑making and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in formal mentorship, training programs, and exposure to senior leaders.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and project work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Ag Business, Business Management, or a similar major.
Additional Qualifications (preferred)
- Internship or work experience in accounting or finance.
- Interest or experience in agriculture or energy industries.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Driven, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and curious.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay (from source listing): $62,352 per year (estimated).
- Total rewards may include base wage plus bonus or incentive opportunities depending on role and eligibility.
