What You’ll Do

This is a structured rotational leadership development program for early-career candidates seeking hands-on experience across warehouse operations, logistics operations, analytics, and systems. Over the program you’ll spend time in a warehouse setting and in corporate logistics/analytics, getting exposure to operations management, carrier and customer interactions, KPI reporting, and logistics systems.


Responsibilities

  • Complete a two-year rotational program: ~1 year in warehouse/logistics operations and ~1 year in logistics analytics & systems.
  • Train across warehouse functions: inventory, shipping & receiving, lead/supervisor shadowing, safety and daily operations.
  • Support logistics operations: load planning, dispatching, scheduling, order tracking, post-shipment resolution, and monthly close tasks.
  • Maintain positive carrier and customer relationships; investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and claims.
  • Perform rate quotation support, ongoing rate profitability analysis, and contribute to RFP and carrier procurement activities.
  • Build and maintain KPI reporting and Tableau dashboards to surface trends and support operational decisions.
  • Support systems work: system testing, SOP documentation, system support services and PMO-style projects.
  • Work with Business Development on customer proposals and distribution network analysis.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by Transportation Managers and other leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Entry-level candidates, recent graduates, or those with co-op/internship experience in supply chain/logistics are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability; comfortable with basic arithmetic, data review, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Excel; experience or interest in Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication — able to interact professionally with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Able to sit/stand for extended periods, work occasional overtime, and perform light physical tasks as required.
  • Able to travel between rotation sites as needed; must follow all safety procedures.

Job Details

  • Location: Primary listing — South Camden, NJ (rotations include ~50% Bethlehem, PA and ~50% Camden, NJ). Travel amount: may vary.
  • Employment type: Full-Time, Exempt (role is listed as Contract / Full time in source).
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Pay schedule: Salaried, bi-weekly paid.
  • Reports to: Various managers depending on rotation.
