THE ROLE

The Rotational Fixed Income Research Associate program is an entry-level, full-time opportunity for current college seniors who plan to begin a career in fixed income investing. Associates rotate through several areas of fixed income (for example: investment grade, high yield, emerging markets, municipal bonds, structured products and other strategies) to develop fundamental research, financial analysis and investment judgement.

Candidates should be graduating in the 2026–2027 academic year and available to begin full-time employment in September 2027.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct fundamental investment research across multiple fixed income asset classes.
  • Support credit, industry, security and/or macroeconomic analysis depending on your rotation.
  • Collect and analyze financial, economic and market data; assist with financial modeling and investment analysis.
  • Work closely with Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers and other members of the Fixed Income investment team.
  • Participate in rotational assignments designed to broaden exposure to fixed income investing and build investment judgment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation during the 2026–2027 academic year.
  • Strong interest in investing, financial markets and fixed income asset management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to synthesize and clearly communicate information.
  • Relevant coursework such as economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or statistics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Prior full-time investment experience is not required; relevant internships, academic projects or extracurricular activities are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $115,000 per year.
  • Position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
  • Retirement contribution: client contributes an amount equal to 15% of base salary to a retirement account (separate from a 401(k)).
