What You’ll Do

RN Clinical Contact Center Memphis TN — join a confidential client to deliver high-quality telephonic clinical care and patient support in a contact-center environment.

  • Provide telephone-based clinical assessment, triage, and patient education following established protocols
  • Document patient contacts and care plans accurately in the electronic health record / contact center system
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and escalation to clinical teams as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate handoffs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines, workflows, and decision-support tools

Qualifications

The confidential client requires all applicants to meet applicable professional and legal standards for clinical nursing practice:

  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration (license) in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE accredited at time of completion) or equivalent credentialing for foreign-educated nurses (degree equivalency accepted from recognized evaluators)
  • English language proficiency sufficient for written and spoken communication in direct patient care and telephonic assessment
  • Candidates who are enrolled in an accredited master's-level bridge program and who meet state board requirements may be considered under temporary appointment rules until licensure is achieved (per applicable client policy)
  • Grade/level and hiring grade may be determined by scope, education, and demonstrated competencies; applicants should expect to complete any required assessment/qualification questionnaires as part of the selection process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Emergency Room (ER) or ICU clinical experience
  • Prior telephone triage or contact-center nursing experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic health records and call-center technology
  • Ambulatory care certification or related specialty certifications

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform duties that may include prolonged standing, walking, sitting, bending, pushing, and lifting (role may require lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Visual acuity, clear speech, and keen hearing required for telephonic assessment and documentation
  • May be exposed to infectious patients/materials and may be required to use personal protective equipment in specific clinical scenarios
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible in stressful or rapidly changing situations

  • Compensation: $73,948 - $134,618 per year (USD)
