This listing is for a Risk Analyst — College Program 2027 opening with our confidential client in Boston, MA. This is an entry-level, full-time program in reinsurance broking and risk advisory. The role is hybrid and requires working onsite at least three days per week.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Collect and analyze client data to build reinsurance submissions and support placement activities.
- Assist senior brokers with market research, financial analysis, and client presentations.
- Help produce and review contract documentation and ensure timely follow-up during placements.
- Support renewal activities and monitor account administration (premium, loss collections, etc.).
- Respond to client and reinsurer queries under broker guidance.
- Maintain and update market and reinsurer knowledge to inform broking strategies.
- Participate in training curriculum and networking activities to build broking and communication skills.
Who we’re looking for (Minimum qualifications)
- Fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office model, in Boston, MA, and be onsite at least three days per week.
Preferred / differentiating skills
- Relevant internship or work experience in insurance, finance, analytics, or consulting (a plus).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client, reinsurer, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Comfortable managing deadlines, shifting priorities, and working both independently and on teams.
Compensation & additional details
- The applicable salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,000 depending on location. (This posting is for Boston, MA.)
