What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Revit Technician to support structural design and BIM production for projects based in Brookline, PA. This role contributes to accurate, constructible Revit models and production drawings used throughout design, permitting, and construction.

• Develop structural Revit models and construction drawings, including foundation plans, framing plans, sections, and detail sheets
• Create layouts for beams, columns, girders, deck spans and other structural framing systems
• Assist with structural detailing for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications
• Identify design conflicts, missing information, and constructability concerns
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary design reviews
• Maintain and update drawings through design revisions, permitting, and construction phases
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow company drafting standards
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure quality and schedule adherence

Qualifications & Experience

Confidential Client welcomes both entry-level candidates and experienced drafters. Applicants should demonstrate technical accuracy and a willingness to learn.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, CAD/Design Technology, Civil/Structural Engineering technology, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Revit Structure is required
• 0–3+ years of structural drafting/Revit experience (entry-level candidates with solid training will be considered)
• Understanding of structural framing systems and construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of project teams
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience is a plus
• Familiarity with AISC, ACI, and TMS detailing standards preferred
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, or Bluebeam is a plus
