What You’ll Do

As a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) you will represent our Confidential Client’s Advanced Hydration brands in-store across an assigned territory. Your focus will be on flawless execution, merchandising, and driving sales growth.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow base business and increase sales
  • Optimize shelf and display space to maximize product visibility and productivity
  • Install, maintain, and refresh creative displays and point-of-sale materials
  • Serve as a brand ambassador—engage store staff and shoppers with product knowledge and promotional messaging
  • Execute sales and promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance and strong in-store presence
  • Collaborate with field teams and merchandisers to maintain inventory levels and minimize out-of-stocks
  • Collect and report customer insights, competitor activity, and store feedback to internal teams
  • Complete territory account maintenance: date-code checks, planogram adherence, decal/tag replacement, and display builds
  • Use company-provided mobile/field technology for daily reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered
  • 0–2 years experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service — entry-level applicants with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
  • Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel using data and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently across a large territory and manage multiple store tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and time-management skills
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for consumer brands
  • Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling for display builds
  • Flexible schedule with occasional off-hours or weekend work as required
  • Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and maintain an excellent driving record; willingness to drive long distances in-territory
  • Motor Vehicle Records must meet the client’s driving policy standards

Location & Compensation

  • Location: Tampa, FL (must be located in the Tampa area or willing to relocate at your own expense)
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Estimated base salary: $52,417 per year (estimated)

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel throughout assigned territory (driving required)
  • Frequent lifting and manual handling of displays and merchandising materials
  • Able to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical display installations
