Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Retail Execution Specialist to drive in-store execution, merchandising, and sales growth across an assigned territory in the Enterprise / Las Vegas area. This is a field-based, full-time role with frequent travel throughout the territory (76%–100%). Key Responsibilities
- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase base business, optimize display space, and upsell products while delivering excellent customer service.
- Install and maintain creative displays and point-of-sale materials that align with branding initiatives and create disruption points in stores.
- Act as a brand ambassador—interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and a positive brand experience.
- Execute sales programs and promotional initiatives, ensuring customer compliance and achieving program goals.
- Collaborate with Confidential Client merchandisers and the field team to maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards; minimize out-of-stocks.
- Gather and report customer insights, competitive activity, and account-level feedback to inform internal teams.
- Maintain territory account tasks such as date-code checks, plan-o-gram adherence, tag/label replacement, and building/transporting display materials.
- Use company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and leverage data to drive in-store decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential (0–2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service) are encouraged to apply.
- Located in or willing to work in the general Las Vegas / Enterprise area.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to influence store personnel using data-driven selling, problem solving, and creative thinking.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across a large territory, managing many store visits per day.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; able to convey successes, challenges and opportunities up and across the organization.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for building brands.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling for display setup and events.
- Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work as needed.
- Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and an excellent driving record; willingness to drive long distances is essential. Motor Vehicle Records must meet company driving policy standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range (United States): $45,000 – $69,400 per year (may vary by geography, skills, and experience).
- Field-based role with travel reimbursement and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on position and eligibility.
