What You’ll Do
As a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) for a confidential client in the Sales industry, you will be the in-store ambassador for consumer brands, driving merchandising excellence, promotional execution, and incremental sales across your assigned territory.
- Execute merchandising plans and maintain on-shelf availability across a large set of retail accounts.
- Build, install, and maintain creative displays and point-of-sale materials to maximize brand visibility.
- Sell-in and support promotional programs, ensuring retail compliance with plan-o-grams and promotions.
- Use company-provided mobile tools to report daily activity, track KPIs, and act on data-driven opportunities.
- Develop positive relationships with store personnel and customers to influence product placement and upsell.
- Gather and communicate retail-level insights (competitive activity, customer needs, out-of-stocks) to internal teams.
- Manage territory account maintenance tasks: date checks, tag/label replacement, and light inventory monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Entry-level candidates (0–2 years) with retail, merchandising, sales, marketing, or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to influence store managers and owners through fact-based recommendations.
- Self-starter who can manage time and priorities independently across many accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs frequently and performing repetitive bending, reaching, and kneeling.
- Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a driving record that meets company standards.
Location & Logistics
- This role is based in Boynton Beach, FL. Candidates must be located in Boynton Beach, FL or willing to relocate at their own expense.
- Position requires driving throughout the territory and occasional off-hours or weekend work.
- Employment is contingent on meeting motor-vehicle record requirements and any background checks required by the confidential client.
