Overview

This opportunity is with a confidential client in the Customer Services industry. The role is a Resolution Manager / Fast-Track Liability Claims Adjuster (entry-level to mid-level claims) responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving commercial general liability claims. The position is based in Rolling Meadows, IL and may follow a hybrid schedule for candidates within commutable distance to certain sites (see location notes below).

  • Role type: Full-time
  • Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (primary). Hybrid options possible for candidates commutable to St. Peters, MO; Downers Grove, IL; or Carrollton, TX — hybrid in-office 2–3 days/week where applicable.
  • Licensing: Not required on hire; candidate must be willing to obtain required adjuster licenses within the specified timeframe.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply claims management experience and analytical judgment to evaluate claim exposure and determine the appropriate resolution strategy.
  • Manage Fast Track commercial general liability claims from intake to closure using established policies and workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, vendors, and internal teams to advance file outcomes.
  • Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service throughout the claims process.
  • Accurately document file activity and decisions in claims systems to support transparency and defensibility.
  • Follow statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements while aligning with client-specific guidelines.

About You

Ideal candidates will bring claims or customer-service experience, strong decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple files while prioritizing client outcomes.

  • Claims background or related customer-service experience (minimum experience expectations below).
  • Comfortable learning and using claims and business software.
  • Willingness to obtain state adjuster licenses where required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years related claims experience (or equivalent customer-service experience with demonstrated decision-making in claims or dispute resolution).
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices for liability claims.
  • Proficiency with computers and claims-management software.
  • Ability to obtain required adjuster licensing in states where claims are handled.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong history of customer service in a claims or insurance-adjacent environment.
  • Experience with Fast Track or commercial general liability claims is an advantage.

Candidates who reside within a commutable distance to other specified client sites (St. Peters, MO; Downers Grove, IL; Carrollton, TX) may be considered for a 2–3 days per week hybrid schedule at those locations.
