Compensation & Benefits
Confidential Client provides a competitive hourly wage and a benefits package, including:
- Hourly rate: $21.00 per hour
- Estimated annual pay (full-time): approximately $39,350 per year (estimated)

Key Responsibilities
You will support the NEXT Youth residential program by maintaining a therapeutic, safe environment and helping young people develop daily living and coping skills. Core duties include:
- Participate in clinical and staff meetings; contribute to treatment planning and case reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and shift progress notes in accordance with program standards
- Attend supervisory meetings and follow program policies
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) through training and hands-on assistance
- Promote individual dignity, rights, and choice; advocate against abuse and neglect
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety incidents
- Provide case management, outreach and advocacy; be accountable for quality and timeliness of casework
- Build strong, supportive relationships with program participants
- Transport clients as necessary (valid driver’s license and access to an automobile required)
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in human services preferred
- At least one year of relevant experience working with youth or in a related human services setting
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
- Access to an automobile for client transport and program needs
- Availability to attend trainings and required program hours
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply
