What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Research Technician to support dose formulation activities for preclinical studies. This role is a hands-on laboratory position on a 3rd-shift schedule and is well suited for recent graduates or early-career scientists.

• Prepare reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules according to study protocols and SOPs
• Accurately record experimental and batch data in both electronic systems and written logs
• Assist with formulation verification, sample disposition, and routine documentation to meet GLP standards
• Handle test materials and chemicals safely, following established safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to support study timelines and maintain data integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be motivated to learn and contribute in a regulated laboratory environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a closely related life-science field
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written protocols accurately
• Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical or formulation science (coursework, internships, or lab experience preferred)
• Comfortable working a 3rd shift (3:00am–11:45am) schedule; flexibility for occasional overtime and one weekend per month
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining GLP and safety practices

• Full-time; 3rd shift (3:00am–11:45am)
• $23.00 per hour (includes 12% shift differential)
• Occasional overtime and one weekend shift per month may be required
