About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a Research Associate/Junior Consultant to join their projects team in Ny State Campus, NY. This entry-level, full-time role supports client engagements focused on competitive intelligence and the digital customer experience within consumer financial services. The Research Associate will conduct detailed primary research, synthesize findings, and help produce client-facing reports and presentations.
What You’ll Do
- Support Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Project Managers on client engagements focused on benchmarking websites and apps.
- Conduct primary research and document detailed findings on digital customer experiences.
- Develop well-supported, actionable recommendations that address client business challenges.
- Contribute to executive summaries and client presentations.
- Manage multiple project tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
- Exceptional writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
- Experience conducting research and communicating results to an audience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on teams.
- Leadership experience and a positive, curious attitude.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Preferred
- Internship or work experience in market research, consulting, or financial services.
- Understanding of website usability principles and personal finance concepts.
- Quantitative research experience (survey data analysis a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay: $56,128 per year (estimated).
- Employment type: Full-time.
