Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring Research Associate I, II, and III (onsite) to support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory activities for diagnostic and Ventana projects in Tucson, AZ. The level offered will be based on education and relevant post‑college laboratory experience.

Pay & levels

• Research Associate I — $23/hour (W2)

  • Experience: 0–2 years post‑college
  • Education: Bachelor’s required; Life Sciences preferred

• Research Associate II — $27/hour (W2)

  • Experience: 2–4 years post‑college
  • Education: Bachelor’s required; Life Sciences preferred

• Research Associate III — $34/hour (W2)

  • Experience: 4–6 years post‑college
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences preferred (Master’s may be acceptable with limited experience)

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and document research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments supporting Ventana and other diagnostic projects.
• Design, execute, interpret, and record experiments that contribute to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, experimental summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Analyze experimental data and communicate findings to project teams and stakeholders.
• Present results to colleagues and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• Follow applicable quality and regulatory practices, including GMP, GLP, and Design Control.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant laboratory environment.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Relevant post‑college laboratory, research, development, or scientific experience appropriate to the level applied.
• Hands‑on laboratory experience with accurate experimental documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional project team.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson, AZ.
