What You’ll Do

Under general supervision, you will provide administrative and entry-level research support for pediatric orthopedic studies. You will work closely with Research Associates/Coordinators and clinical teams to help move studies from enrollment through data collection and close-out.

  • Assist with patient recruitment and scheduling, including coordinating study visits
  • Collect study data and enter accurate records into research databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintain study documentation (case report forms, source documents) and organize files
  • Support data quality checks and basic data reconciliation tasks
  • Prepare study materials, correspondence, and regulatory documentation for the research team
  • Help with literature searches and preparation of study reports or summaries as requested
  • Communicate with clinical staff and study participants professionally; protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA and study protocols

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–3 years of experience in a research or clinical research setting
  • Knowledge of general research practices and clinical study workflows
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office; proficient with databases and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with basic human anatomy (pediatric/orthopedic a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with clinical databases (e.g., REDCap) or EHR systems
  • Prior experience in pediatric or orthopedic research
  • Experience supporting IRB submissions, consent processes, or study coordination

Compensation & Benefits

The expected hiring range for this position is $23.00 to $30.27 per hour (hourly range as stated by our client). Estimated annual compensation for a full-time schedule is roughly $47,141 (estimated). Actual compensation will consider experience, education, licensure, unique skillsets, and internal equity.
