What You’ll Do

You will join a research team that produces market reports, competitive assessments, buyer guides, and company profiles for enterprise technology markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Research enterprise technology vendors, products, industries, and competitive landscapes
• Analyze market trends, customer adoption, and emerging technologies across software markets
• Conduct primary research by interviewing technology buyers, end users, executives, and industry experts
• Synthesize large amounts of technical information into concise, insightful analysis
• Write market reports, competitive assessments, buyer guides, company profiles, and research notes
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level content
• Verify facts, identify trends, and ensure the quality and accuracy of published research
• Collaborate with senior analysts on research projects covering fast-growing technology markets

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level / early-career opportunity. We welcome recent graduates and candidates with internship or academic research experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships or research positions
• Exceptional written communication — clear, logical, and persuasive writing
• Strong research and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in technology, business, and emerging markets
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them simply
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently while soliciting feedback and asking thoughtful questions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience from internships, coursework, student publications, campus organizations, or academic research in areas like:

• Research and analysis
• Technical or business writing; journalism or editorial work
• Economics, finance, business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields
• Enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or data analytics

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $65,000 (base) + bonus potential
